Abstract

With the application of numerical simulation, response amplitude operation of the vessel could be obtained. Applying the calculated results, the 1/3-highest values of the vessel could be obtained with using variable step Legendre-Gauss integral method. At the same time, the calculated results were compared with the results of SESAM software program. Study showed that the calculation method was validated effectively. Finally, operation probability under the specific condition was calculated with the method mentioned above.
