Abstract
The requirements to improve the quality of well cementing in permafrost zones stipulate the application of unconventional multicomponent cement systems with proper technological characteristics (freeze-thaw durability, zonal isolation, short set times), which do not lose their properties during long-term storage periods in cold open-air conditions.
The new cementing systems are being introduced in the given article; they are plug-and-play non-gypsum blends of base cement and lightweight, stabilizer, expanding additives.
The results of laboratory researches and field application practices of such cementing systems in Yamal fields of Russia are being described in this paper.
